Theatrix™ summer camps for Kids begins on June 23!
Bring the young imagination to life in an environment filled with exercise, rhythm and fantasy.
Teatrix™ summer camp sessions combine gymnastics, yoga, and dance choreography into musical routines and theatrical stories, memorized by students for in-class presentation.
Sessions are targeted at two age groups of young people. The 10-12 year age group meets Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 1:00 to 4:00. The 6-9 year age group meets Tuesday and Thursday from 2:00 to 4:00. Each session is two weeks long. Afternoon brown bag snack and beverage is included. On the final day of each session, the students will present their work in class.

Ballet Barre & Dance
An 85-minute group exercise class, targeted toward the adult, designed for improving flexibility, mobility, balance transfer, strength and cardio. Awaken your dancer’s body. The class begins with a 25-minute ballet barre stretch and strengthening series, then transitions to the dance floor for learning and performing choreography set to various music styles and tempos. The dance routines incorporate turns, twists, balances, stretches, jumps and leaps for making the body graceful, limber, responsive and strong.
Ballet Barre and Dance begins in May and meets each Tuesday and Thursday from 10:35 to 11:55 am in the studio. Yoga or ballet attire with ballet, jazz or dance sneakers.
A 55-minute group exercise class, targeted toward the 50 plus age group, designed for improving strength, flexibility, vitality and balance. Re-awaken the body by participating in stretches, balance poses and strengthening exercises that combine the best of weights, cardio routines, Pilates, tai chi, and yoga. Improve posture, stability, joint mobility, overall health and range of motion. Students are required to stretch on the floor so need to bring an exercise mat.
Vitallics™ 50+ begins in May and meets on Tuesday and Thursday from 12:00 to 12:55pm.
Vitallics™ Flow (a form of Vinyasa flow yoga)
Vinyasa flow is a form of yoga that combines the breath with Ashtanga postures and the skillful transition between postures. Vinyasa is Sanskrit meaning connection. The Vitallics™ method combines the Vinyasa form of yoga and classic heat producing sun salutations with additional stretching, twisting, strength building, and body alignment exercises, emphasizing transition control while incorporating inhalation and exhalation. Awaken the body, mind, and breath in this 55-minute intensive class. Students are required to bring a mat.
Vitallics™ Flow begins in May and meets on Tuesday and Thursday from 1:00 to 1:55 pm.
